Bill Joyce, Broker and Owner of BetterHomeLessMoney.com focuses his real estate skills on the homebuyer and not the seller. He grew up in southern California and attended Occidental College in Pasadena. When he and Karyn first married, they moved to and lived in New York for 15 years.

Prior to initiating his successful consulting business, which he’s expanded and developed over the past 13 years, Bill held management positions in marketing, business development and sales. His resume includes the launching of various successful high tech companies and products.

Karyn has called Sacramento "home" all her life. In fact, her family has lived in the city ever since Karyn’s grandparents emigrated from China in the 1920’s. She comes from a large and close extended family and is focused on two things—her own family and helping homebuyers and their families find their own place they can call "home".

Karyn and her husband, Bill, have two children—a boy who enjoys sports and video games and a girl who loves dance and music. Prior to real estate, Karyn, who holds an undergraduate degree from UC Berkley and an M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology, was a speech pathologist. For years, she worked with children and families to overcome learning and language challenges.

She applies the same caring nature and methodical strategies to her current job�helping the families with which she works find the best possible home.
